Robert from this shop was amazing!! They got my car right in; replaced the whole motor and got it up and running for me again in a little over a month. Robert kept in constant contact with me and even gave me a loaner car until my car was fixed. Robert and his team was amazing and I look forward to doing service with them again!!! Made appointment online for an oil changed 1 week in advance. Upon arrival was told had to wait because everyone was going to lunch. Showed them the appointment confirmation and was begrudgingly told to wait in the waiting room and they would do the change. No more than 15 minutes later was told car was ready. I paid them went to my car. When starting the car the add windshield washer fluid light came on! Tried calling the dealership from my car, no answer! Looked at the paperwork and all the checkboxes were checked off showing all systems and fluid levels ok. Went to parry’s store and bought washer fluid and filled tank myself and the light saying add fluid went out. Checked my oil and it looked like dirty oil. I’m not a mechanic by trade but know the difference between new fresh oil and oil that has mikes of use. I don’t think they even changed the oil.
Was very honest about the availability of the model I was interested in. Unfortuantely, they had none and were only scheduled to get one that was not the color I wanted.
Took my car in to be serviced in July. Was told the vehicle was fixed after the alternator was replaced. Car had same issues on the way home from the dealership. Brought car back 3 different times for them to tell me it needed a new transmission instead. Car is still at the dealership and no one will respond to my calls. Got corporate involved and still no help. Absolute worst dealership and service around.
Went in on a Sunday so we understood they weren’t at full staff. Went on the site the night before to inquire about a vehicle and was contacted the morning of by the salesperson which was nice. Then was contacted again stating the vehicle was already scheduled for a test drive, no biggie. Get there and was greeted and told they were still out and when they come back if they don’t want it the we can test it, which was fine. Was told to wait in waiting area and was not talked to or asked for credit checks or insurance or anything for over half an hour. Then told only that other customer was still driving it. Another 20 minutes and they come back asking for insurance and the keys to our potential trade in. Nothing about checking credit or anything else. Was asked if I had looked at site for other cars and I said yes but nothing else looked as good as this one. Another 30 to 40 minutes later we are told they are buying the car which is fine we understood but said they had no idea if they could afford it so to go to lunch and see if deal falls thru. They also stated that our cars appraisal without even looking at mileage even was 2k under what we owed( it was a 2 yr old car with 8900 miles and the new version of it couldn’t even been bought in the area and another affiliate of theirs had the same model and features with 10k more miles for over 9k what they offered me. I was then told they’re gimmick if we are a 1 price dealer and to go down the road because car max is paying and I quote “stupid high prices”on used cars. At that point we left and dealer said they would let us know if the other deal falls through. Went home and got the text it was sold and that’s okay. But without even being told they have new inventory not on the site yet and other similar vehicle on site with coming soon I was given no other option. I guess I should feel lucky to not get the high pressure sales pitch but to not at least attempt to help my get into something I’ve wanted forever they dismissed us. Was on Facebook and Wendle popped up and had a truck that was 8k more than the one I was looking at at Spokane Hyundai but they actually showed realistic financing and payment. My wife said let’s take a chance and guess what. Got my truck.FYI Wendle paid 4 k more on the trade in and will still be able to make money on the resale
A year ago Larry. H Miller advised me my car was burning oil And to bring my car in every 1,000 miles so they could monitor it. After a year they Determine that that was normal. If it was so normal why was I bring in my car so they could watch it for a year.

Purchased a "Service Contract" with my truck. After reading thru it, decided to cancel it as it costs too much. Contacted the dealership many times. Phone calls, emails, social media, and still, almost two months later, contract is still not cancelled!

I was looking for a mid size SUV and Alan was a great sales person to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy.
I bought a extended warranty with my vehicle but, now Spokane Hyundai does not sale the warranty any longer and suggested I travel to Eagel Idaho to have the work done. After, they realized that was over an 8 hour drive with no AC they offered to still do the work because they sold it to me. Alex, Let me sit in the waiting area for 3 hours. I had to travel from Coeur d Alene. I went out asked several times if my vehicle was ready. It was sitting in the lot for two hours. I was then informed that they could not do the repairs and I had to take it to a Dodge dealer. The AC still isn't fixed. Alex keeps hounding me to pay a bill I have never received. I explained that i have a disappearing deductible on my warrant so how do I have a bill.
Alex is always on top of things and takes great care of my truck. I’d rather go to Spokane Hyundai for all my repairs & maintenance.
Every time I have been to Spokane Hyundai I am treated very well. They have prompt answers to questions, fit into my busy schedule and are able to do all the work I need to have done on my 2019 Hyundai. This last time I was in, for an oil change and a recall. Savannah called me from scheduling to remind me of my 8am appointment. Having specific plans during this busy holiday month I call the shop to ask if I could bring my car in the night before so it could be serviced first thing in the morning, they were all accommodating. I dropped off my car, the service tech stated that with the oil change and recall to expect two hours for the work to be done. The next morning I arranged another commute with my family (including my 11 month old son) into an old 2003 vehicle that was not as easy as my new car. Believing my car would be done at 10, I waited until 10:30 when I stopped in to check on it. I saw it parked in the lot, looking to be ready to go! I found out however that they haven’t even started yet and somehow on the paperwork it was said to be done by noon. It was done by 12:30 when I went to go pick it up. I asked the guy, letting him know that I was thankful for his work, why it has the delay and what to expect in the future. His response to me was that it could have been ready quicker if I was there waiting versus it being dropped off and they had no intentions on starting it any earlier than when they did due to a note for it to be done at noon (which I did not see, or request). My hopes is that I would have an apology and that I could expect the timeframe that was provided for in the future but instead I felt very much like this guy didn’t care about the communication and felt as though I had unrealistic goals. The woman who rang me up however did apologize and asked for me to stay a loyal customer and it sounded like a communication issues that was the responsibility of Hyundai. It was due to her kind words I choose to go back in the future, in hopes to have a better experience.
My experience was pretty positive, everyone was more than nice. My salesman was awesome. The only thing that could have been better was if the finance guy hadn't talked so much. I just wanted to go drive my new jeep! He was super nice though
I still have the issue, but they can not replicate it. That is just how it is and I can not complain about that. I like coming in to get my car serviced because I get treated like an actual person and not just a walking problem. I like that they have good wifi so I can sit in the waiting room and not go looking outside at the newer cars.
We really enjoyed the service, speed that they were able to get us in, and the customer service. Upon returning home and checking our bill, we noticed that we were charged for an air filter that we weren't asked about and that we wouldn't have wanted replaced. It is very frustrating that we ended up paying for an extra ~$50 that we didn't consent to.
