Checking out the table above, there are some obvious differences to point out when it comes to engines.  The base 2.0L 4-Cylinder engine receives 161 horsepower and 150 torque inside both the base SE trim and the Value trim.  However, the upgraded 2.4L engine receives 20 more horsepower and an additional 35 ft.-lbs of torque.  If you’re looking for the added zip and traction, the 2.4L engine found at the four higher trim levels is a great option.

When looking at the fuel economy for each engine, you can notice that both front-wheel and all-wheel fuel economies are quite similar.  Though the base 2.0L engine offers less power and torque, it can still retain an estimated 25 combined MPG with its’ front-wheel drive.  Likewise, it’s estimated 23 combined MPG for all-wheel drive is a little more balanced compared to the 2.4L engine despite the two having the same combined amount.
