Short version: Routine maintenance, oil was low. Caught attention of servic dept. After monitoring, Spokane Valley Hyundai spent $4987.00 on my new engine in my 6 yr old Santa Fe Sport, which was out of warranty (except the 1 part causing the issue). My mouth dropped in disbelief! Who does that? Who looks out for their customers like that? Spokane Valley Hyundai does!

They got my car in at scheduled appointment time and finished exchanging my snow tires with all season tires, storing my winter tires for me at no charge, then did a oil and filter change. All within one hour.

I could not speak more highly of Heidi LaRue and the entire team at Spokane Hyundai. I have taken in another Hyundai that I own for service over the past few years (car was bought used elsewhere) and was always impressed with the service team. When it came time to buy a new car, Spokane Hyundai was my first stop. Heidi was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the cars she sells. I checked out a couple other car models and dealers after my Hyundai test drive, but I pretty much knew right away I'd be going back to Heidi and Spokane Hyundai. They just made me comfortable. Heidi was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating during what is usually the lengthiest part of buying, which my husband and I are grateful for. Returned for another vehicle purchase. Heidi was awesome!
